MAC Too Chic Beauty Powder Is Absolutely Gorgeous For Warm Skin Undertones

November 1, 2011 by Bun Bun 14 Comments

Too Chic is one of 2 Beauty Powders from the MAC Stylishly Yours Collection 2011. The other Beauty Powder is Play It Proper.

Like the MAC Gold-Go-Lightly Studio Careblend Pressed Powder, I didn’t buy Too Chic for the collection, but for the need of a contouring powder and highlighter, respectively.

If there is one product I use without fail everyday, it’d be the MAC Beauty Powder Too Chic. Sometimes I feel lazy or am in a rush and would force myself to skip the cheekbone highlighting step. But I fail. Every. Single. Time. Lol.

I always find myself going back to the mirror, armed with my trusty MAC 188 Small Duo Fibre Brush and MAC Beauty Powder Too Chic, and with a light brush of the gorgeous peachy gold on my cheekbones, I feel like I look more stunning already. You know, like I’ve got more dimension on my face.

Perfect Color For Warm Undertones

I don’t have Play It Proper to compare Too Chic to, but from swatches online and having swatched them myself at the MAC store, I’d think Too Chic suits Asian or yellow-based undertones better because of its golden-beige color. Play It Proper has a cooler, pinkier hue to it.

Too Chic glows gorgeously on yellow-based skin undertones.
