If you just arrived at the blog and are overwhelmed by the makeup tutorials, product reviews and the sudden announcement of my online store, I have another pieces of news for you:

5% storewide opening discount!

Until 25 November only, so HURRY!

Code: LAUNCHDOLLTODOLL

As promised, here are the Top 10 beauty products I highly recommend (in no particular order). I have used them myself, have raved about them and if you follow me on my posts and updates, you’ll know that I really do use them very often.

These Top 10 beauty products are also what many of you have asked about, we listened and tried our best-est to make available in the store! This list is defined mainly by you, with some of my newly discovered Holy Grail items that I have yet to share my thoughts in a detailed review post. I put the ‘for now!’ in the cover picture coz one day you all will redefine this list, I’m sure!

1. Monistat Soothing Care Chafing Relief Powder-Gel

Number One product, this one is! I accidentally leaked news that we carry this and have already sent out quite a few. I don’t know how word got around! We had to put a stop to packing to ensure the invoicing structure would be robust before launching. So sorry to those who asked about it last week. You can get it now! =D

Click here for Monistat Face Primer!

(Read: Monistat Chafing Relief Gel as face primer review)

2. Lioele Auto Eyebrow Pencil

Another frequently inquired product. One of my great loves too. Love how easy it is to use, applies quickly and smoothly, and the spoolie at the end comes in super handy for blending!

(Read: Lioele Auto Eyebrow Pencil review)

3. Z Palette

I own FOUR of these! Goodness! They’re so handy, sturdy and pretty!

(Ah yes, I need to do an updated review of these. The previous one is really old. You can check it out and see how I looked a year ago if you’re interested. Haha.)

4. Sigma F80 Flat Kabuki Brush

A shoutout to all those who have been telling me they can’t get their hands on Sigma brushes! These brushes are great quality, really inexpensive, and the F80 has been my favorite foundation brush for the longest time. This is the brush Bun Bun is holding in the header too! Scroll all the way up!

Click for Sigma F80 Flat Kabuki Brush!

(Read: Sigma F80 Kabuki Brush review)

5. Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler

This one needs no introduction, really! The BEST eyelash curler I have ever come across. No tugging, no pinching, and fits the curve of my ‘Asian eye’ perfectly. LOL!

Click here for Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler

(Read: Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler review)

6. The Brush Guard

I always want to keep my brushes in good shape after deep cleaning them. I personally own the Variety Pack, Shadow/Liner Pack and Blush Pack. Small investment to make to ensure your makeup brushes remain in excellent condition for a long time.

Click here for The Brush Guard!

(Read: The Brush Guard review)

7. BeautyBlender

I’ve been using this for the past couple of months and am in love. Really. Initially I didn’t like it coz I’ve always been anti-sponge, but the BeautyBlender has proven to me why it’s adored by makeup artists all over the world. Blends foundation effortlessly and quickly! I love this as much as I do the Sigma F80 Kabuki Brush, but in a different way.

(I owe you guys a review on this.)

8.  Lioele Powdery Sun Chiffon

Besides the greatly loved Monistat Chafing Relief Gel, I’ve recently begun to use this face primer as well. I love that it smells great (no overpowering floral or fruity smell, just subtly sweet. Makes me happy every time I use it.), has a creamy texture yet dries matte so my foundation goes on smoothly, looks like high class strawberry ice cream and has SPF 50.

Click here for Lioele Powdery Sun Chiffon!

(I wish I could hurry myself up with the reviews, seriously! So lagging in reviews! :P )

9. Lioele Magic Lip Treatment

This is one amazing lip product! Once applied, the magic in the tube starts to perform on your lips, turning it into a soft pink and restoring a natural hue to discolored lips.

If you don’t like to look like you have too much on your lips, or want to look natural while still have something on without showing you actually applied something (lol you know what I mean), GET THIS! Sometimes I just wear this alone, other times with a lipstick of gloss over.

Click here for Lioele Magic Lip Treatment!

10. Revlon Colorstay

We’ve brought in the two shades not available in Singapore and which most readers told me they have problems getting – Buff and Medium Beige. Watsons selling at SGD30.90. Dolltodoll.com selling at SGD23.90. Save 22.7%!

Okie! These are the Top 10 products I would recommend to all of you and for which I always, always, always receive questions on where to buy, how to buy, can you buy for me, can you set up a store please, can you love me. Hahaha!!!

I like that products. Thanks for taking the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and love learning more on this topic. If possible, as you gain expertise, would you mind updating your blog with more information? It is extremely helpful for me.

hi could you do a review on maybelline dream matte compact?

BunBunMakeupTips
BunBunMakeupTips moderator 5pts

@EuniceChua Hello! Sure, here you go. Even though the last time I used it was close to 3 years ago, I still remember that I liked it a lot. I liked it for the matte finish and oil control it gave me. People said it was a great substitute for the MAC Studio Fix, so I went to try the MAC Studio Fix just to compare. I'd say there wasn't much difference in the outcome. Yes, the Maybelline one wasn't as finely milled as its pricier contender, but they both gave the same effect, which makes the price of MAC's less justifiable.

We brought the Maybelline Dream Matte Compact in precisely because of our pooled positive experiences with it. Hope this helps. =)

@BunBunMakeupTips  wow you're so prompt! Thanks for your review, really appreciate it! Online reviews are mostly by non-asians living in non-humid country, so i'm always wary if the product really works. Your review helps (:
